OTTAWA - Below is the post-game pool feed info for the 105th Grey Cup presented by Shaw:

Available for all broadcasters on CFTO TX11 (HDSDI).

TD PLACE INFORMATION

The press boxes and media work rooms open at 3:00 p.m. ET. Press box seating, as determined by the Football Reporters of Canada, will be posted in both media rooms.

A full meal will be served before the game in the press box and in the media conference room, with a snack served at halftime.

Entrance to TD Place – The media shuttle drop off location will be on Monk St. (one street West of Bank St.) and media will enter the gate under the stadium’s scoreboard. Media will then head to Gate 6 and continue to the south side concourse. Media will take the elevator located at Section T and take it to the 4th floor.

Media Conference Room – Located at field level, accessible via elevators on the south concourse.

Photographers Room – Located at field level on the south side of the stadium.

Press Box – Located on the fourth floor of the south side of the stadium, accessible via the south (left) elevator on the south concourse.

Auxiliary Media Room – An auxiliary media room is located on the south side of the stadium at field level.

105th GREY CUP SIDELINE PHOTOGRAPHERS PROTOCOLS 

Below are the guidelines for photographers shooting from the sidelines during the 105th Grey Cup. Photographers must wear a CFL/LCF photographer’s bib at all times.

END ZONES

All photographers must shoot from behind the A-Frame signage.

WEST END ZONE RESTRICTON IN EFFECT

For safety reasons, photographers won’t be allowed to work in the

West end zone (condos/scoreboard side).

TV VISIBLE SIDELINE (the side with the digital signage)

All photographers shooting from the TV visible sideline must shoot from behind the digital signage at all times.

OPPOSITE SIDELINE (team benches)

Team bench sideline access is limited to rights holders and select photographers approved by the CFL.

PLAYERS' BOXES

All photographers are prohibited from entering into the players’ box (bench area).

PRE-GAME CEREMONIES ON THE FIELD (PLAYER INTROS, COIN TOSS, NATIONAL ANTHEM)

Photographers who have been provided with a RED photographer’s bib have access to shoot the national anthem and coin toss from the field of play. Photographers on the field, especially for the coin toss, must shoot from behind the TV camera on the field. 

HALFTIME

Photographers will be briefed before the game at 5:00 p.m. in the Photographers’ Room on the south side of the stadium at field level.

POST-GAME

Photographers will be briefed before the game at 5:00 p.m. in the Photographers’ Room on the south side of the stadium at field level.

POST-GAME PROTOCOLS

At the end of the fourth quarter, media will be escorted to the field level. Media will be permitted on the field following the presentation of the Grey Cup trophy. While in the waiting area on field level, all wireless microphones must be turned off.

Rights holders (TSN, RDS) have exclusive coverage of the on-field ceremonies and celebrations. All other media are prohibited from accessing the field during the ceremonies (still photographers excluded). Media will be permitted on the field following the presentation of the Grey Cup trophy.

TROPHY PRESENTATION ORDER

Most Valuable Canadian, Most Valuable Player, Grey Cup Trophy

Both locker rooms will be open to media following the conclusion of the game and TSN/RDS’ exclusive window. Media will enter the dressing room in the following priority order:

  1. Still Photographers
  2. Additional host broadcaster/rights holders
  3. Print Reporters
  4. Radio/TV Reporters
  5. TV Cameras

Both head coaches, the game’s most valuable player and most valuable Canadian will be made available in the Field Level Media Conference Room in the following order:

  1. Non-Winning Head Coach
  2. Winning Head Coach
  3. Most Valuable Player
  4. Most Valuable Canadian

The post-game media conference will be made available on the press box televisions.

BROADCAST RIGHTS HOLDERS

TSN, RDS, and TSN Radio have exclusive access on Grey Cup Sunday. No live hits inside the stadium by any other media are allowed on Grey Cup Sunday until after the post-game ceremonies.
