BRODIE LAWSON AND DAVIS SANCHEZ BRING FANS SEASON TWO OF CFL GAME TIME
CFL Game Time returns every Thursday during the season, delivering the latest news, interviews and pop culture moments surrounding the League.
TORONTO (June 13, 2019) – The Canadian Football League (CFL) announced and premiered season two of CFL Game Time today with CFL Host, Brodie Lawson and CFL Analyst, Davis Sanchez. The duo are back for their sophomore year to keep Canadian Football fans up to speed with everything happening across the entire league and its teams.

Last year’s season showed immense success as each episode averaged 171,550 views on Facebook. For season two the show moves to Instagram & Facebook’s story features.
In its inaugural season, the show was nominated for ‘Outstanding Use of Facebook’ by Hashtag Sports Awards with the winner being named on June 25th in New York City, USA.
CFL Game Time has also added two partners to the show; Tums Antacid and belairdirect.
Tums Antacid will have a weekly segment, ‘TUMSFast Player’, where Sanchez will breakdown an exciting speed play from the most recent games.
At the end of each show, fans can swipe up to enter the belairdirect Game Time Giveaway – to win CFL Swag and tickets.

The show will bring back popular segments including "CHEZ SEZ” with Sanchez who climbs on his soap box to share his take one whatever has caught his interest each week around the league.
Each episode, Lawson will recap weekly round up of player and fan activity on social media that takes you beyond the games to what happens in the stands, at practice and in the locker rooms for all nine teams.
Also returning is popular segment, “Celly Showdown” where fans will now be able to vote and crown the best celly of the week on the CFL Instagram page.

Week 1 of the 2019 season kicks off tonight in Hamilton when the Tiger-Cats take on the Saskatchewan Roughriders at Tim Hortons Field. Friday Night Football returns when the Montreal Alouettes visit the Edmonton Eskimos. Week 1 concludes with a double-header on Saturday night. First, it’s a Grey Cup rematch when the reigning champions, Calgary Stampeders host the Ottawa REDBLACKS followed by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers tangling with the BC Lions.
