CFL TOP PERFORMERS – WEEK 11

TORONTO (August 23, 2022) – Obum Gwacham, Trevor Harris and Tim White are the Canadian Football League (CFL)’s Top Performers for Week 11 of the 2022 season.

The three players were chosen by a panel of judges made up of Matt Dunigan and Marshall Ferguson of TSN, and Pierre Vercheval of RDS, who independently send their selections to the CFL league office.

• New single-game highs in tackles (five) and sacks (two)
• Two sacks led to loss of 15 yards
• Second sack forced a fumble and deep in Lions territory; recovered by teammate, Jordan Williams
• Four sacks on the season equals entire output from first CFL campaign last year
• 2022 season: Nine games, 16 tackles, two special teams tackles, four sacks and a forced fumble

• Season-highs in passing yards (382) and touchdown passes (three)
• 24-of-31 passing (77.4 per cent) and 136.8 efficiency rating
• Two 30+ yard passes
• Second game this season with 300+ yards; 40^th of career
• 2022 season: eight starts, 2,322 passing yards, 10 touchdown passes, 68.8 per cent completion rate
• Second Top Performer of the Week honour (Week 7)
• Highlights:
  • Harris finds Lewis for 23-yard score
  • Julien-Grant goes 54 yards for the major
  • White Jr. ties game with 45-yard touchdown reception

• Career-highs receiving yards (145) and touchdown receptions (two)
• Matched career-marks in catches (11) and targets (14)
• Four second down conversion receptions
• Returned a kickoff 19 yards and rushed the ball once for 12 yards
• Team leader in receiving yards (654) and receptions (52); tied for first in touchdown receptions (five)
• Highlights:
  • White stretches for touchdown
  • 64-yard touchdown to break the tie
