CFL TOP PERFORMERS – WEEK 5

TORONTO (July 12, 2022) – Zach Collaros, Peyton Logan and Dalton Schoen are the Canadian Football League (CFL)’s Top Performers for Week 5 of the 2022 season.

The three players were chosen by a panel of judges made up of Matt Dunigan and Marshall Ferguson of TSN, and Pierre Vercheval of RDS, who independently send their selections to the CFL league office.

• 22-of-30 (76.7 per cent) on pass attempts for 288 yards
• season-high three touchdown passes; no interceptions
• 139.3 quarterback efficiency rating
• Two 30+ yards completions
• 2022 season: No. 2 in passing yards (1,221) and completion percentage (72.3); seven touchdowns
• Highlights:
  • Dalton Schoen doubles the Bombers’ lead
  • Collaros escapes the pass rush and finds Schoen for his second TD of the night
  • Collaros connects with Greg Ellingson for the major

• 196 all-purpose yards; scored first two career touchdowns in the CFL
• 122-yard field goal return touchdown gave Stampeders a 20-3 lead
• 45 rushing yards on five carries, including 21-yard touchdown
• three punt returns for 29 yards (9.7-yard average)
• 2022 season: seventh in the CFL with 399 all-purpose yards
• Highlights:
  • Logan goes 122 yards for his first career TD
  • Logan scores on 21-yard dash

• Eight catches for 117 yards and two touchdowns
• First career 100+ yard receiving game
• Career-highs in receptions, yards and touchdown catches in a game

• 2022 season: 21 receptions | 333 yards (5th in the league) | 3 touchdowns
• Highlights:
