Rourke, Collaros and Evans named Top Performers
TORONTO (August 2, 2022) – Quarterbacks Nathan Rourke, Zach Collaros and Caleb Evans are the Canadian Football League (CFL)’s Top Performers for Week 8 of the 2022 season.
The three players were chosen by a panel of judges made up of Matt Dunigan and Marshall Ferguson of TSN, and Pierre Vercheval of RDS, who independently send their selections to the CFL league office.

- 326 passing yards – third game of the season with 300+
- 27-of-33 (81.8 per cent) and two touchdown passes
- Eight rushes for 20 yards, including a touchdown run
- 132.9 passer efficiency rating
- League leader in touchdown passes (16) and completion percentage (79.3); second in passing (1,941 yards)
- On the ground in 2022: 208 yards (average of 7.7 yards) with four touchdowns
- Third Top Performer of the Week honour (Weeks 1 and 3)

- 270 passing yards, four touchdown passes and zero interceptions
- Sixth-career game with 4+ touchdown (personal record of five on August 20, 2016)

- Highest passer efficiency rating of the season (145.1)
- Leads league in passing yards (1,948), second in touchdown passes (15) and third in completion percentage (70.2 per cent)
- Second Top Performer honour in July (Week 5)
