COMMISSIONER RANDY AMBROSIE HITS THE ROAD TO VISIT EACH CFL MARKET IN FEBRUARY
‘Randy’s Road Trip’ will give thousands of fans the opportunity to ask their questions and have their say
TORONTO – Commissioner Randy Ambrosie will criss-cross the country next month to meet with fans in every CFL market in a series of town halls, the Canadian Football League announced today.
‘Randy’s Road Trip’ will kick off on February 1st in Montreal and conclude February 23rd in Halifax.
It follows Winter Meetings with team presidents and football general managers last month and precedes the league’s Board of Governors meeting next month.
“Our fans are very much part of the hierarchy of this league: they make everything we do possible,” Ambrosie said. “I want to hear what’s on their minds and get their feedback on some of our plans. It is really important for us to be accessible, and accountable, to our fans.”
At each stop on his tour, Ambrosie will connect with fans in public forums that give them the opportunity to ask their questions and have their say.
Media interested in covering different events during ‘Randy’s Road Trip’ are asked to please contact Lucas Barrett of CFL Communications for more details.
