Six inductees called to the Hall

HAMILTON (September 17, 2026) – Six inductees are set to become the newest members of the Canadian Football Hall of Fame (CFHOF).

The Class of 2026 includes returner/receiver Brandon Banks, running back Sean Millington, defensive lineman Charleston Hughes, defensive tackle Calvin Tiggle and running back Jim Evenson, in the Player Category. To be added in the Builder Category is coaching legend Frank “Pop” Ivy. Evenson and Ivy will be inducted posthumously.

Banks and Tiggle were unfortunately not available for photo opportunities.

Steve Ivy is pictured for his grandfather, Frank.

On Friday, the inductees will be honoured at halftime of the annual Hall of Fame Game featuring the hometown Tiger-Cats and the visiting Montreal Alouettes.
