#MARKSCFLWEEK RECAP: THURSDAY, MARCH 22ND

Thursday, March 22, 2018 — (WINNIPEG) – Mark’s CFL Week opened to the public with a bang today as Fan Fest and Media Day kicked off. Autograph sessions, the Mark's CFL Week Live Show hosted by Brodie Lawson and Davis Sanchez, fan activations, and the CFL NFL Girls Flag Football clinic all took over the RBC Convention Centre.

Three prospects from the Western Regional Combine presented by adidas were invited to the National Combine this weekend. See the results here. Photos are attached for download and media use.

10 CFL players taught football skills to 160 local students at the Jumpstart Games in support of making sport and play accessible to all kids.

Fans enjoyed stepping into the shoes of a CFL referee at You Make the Call with Darren Hackwood presented by PwC as they explored in-game scenarios and made calls themselves in the Twisted Tea Fan Cave. Separately, Hackwood and the Rules Committee announced a series of proposed rule changes for the 2018 season.
