MEDIA ACCREDITATION NOW OPEN FOR 107TH GREY CUP PRESENTED BY SHAW AND 2019 GREY CUP FESTIVAL PRESENTED BY SHAW

Media members invited to apply for accreditation prior to the deadline on November 4

TORONTO (October 7, 2019) – The Canadian Football League (CFL) is now accepting requests for media accreditation for the 107th Grey Cup presented by Shaw, as well as, the 2019 Grey Cup Festival presented by Shaw.

This year’s championship game will be played at McMahon Stadium in Calgary on Sunday, November 24 with kickoff slated for 6 p.m. ET. The 2019 Grey Cup Festival presented by Shaw will take place November 20-24.

All Grey Cup media applications must be submitted by a media outlet’s Sports editor/director via the Grey Cup Accreditation portal prior to the deadline of Monday, November 4 at 5 p.m. ET. Individuals awaiting formal internal approval regarding travel must adhere to the deadline and apply regardless.

MEDIA HOTEL

On behalf of the Football Reporters of Canada (FRC), a block of hotel rooms at the Homewood Suites Calgary Downtown is available for members of the media. Booking information can be found in the application process for media accreditation.

The FRC breakfast will be held on Sunday, November 24 beginning at 9 a.m. MT, and will be followed by the Annual General Meeting. Both events will take place in the St. Louis Room of Homewood Suites Calgary Downtown.
