Lawrence, Rea and Smith fined following Week 19

TORONTO (November 5, 2015) -- The Canadian Football League announced today:

Hamilton Tiger-Cat Simoni Lawrence was fined for comments made about CFL on-field officials and inappropriate off-field remarks that brought the CFL into disrepute. 

Saskatchewan Roughrider Matt Rea was fined for an illegal block on a kickoff return versus the Calgary Stampeders on Saturday.

Toronto Argonaut Devin Smith was fined for hitting B.C. Lion Andrew Harris while using his helmet as the primary point of contact.

As per league policy, the amount of the player fines was not disclosed.
