Player Discipline - Week 7

TORONTO -- The Canadian Football League announced today:

Montreal Alouette Dominique Ellis was fined for comments made on Twitter that were critical of officiating following last week’s game against Ottawa.

Saskatchewan Roughrider Brendon LaBatte was fined for a chop block on Toronto Argonauts defensive lineman, Cleyon Laing.

As per league policy, the amount of the player fines was not disclosed.
