REMINDER: MEDIA ACCREDITATION OPEN FOR 108TH GREY CUP AND MEDIA EVENTS DURING GREY CUP WEEK

Media members must apply for accreditation prior to the deadline on November 29

TORONTO – The Canadian Football League (CFL) is accepting requests for media accreditation for the 108th Grey Cup, as well as media events during Grey Cup Week.

This year’s championship game will be played at Tim Hortons Field in Hamilton on Sunday, December 12 with kickoff slated for 6 p.m. ET. Grey Cup Week will take place during December 7-12.

All Grey Cup media applications must be submitted by a media outlet’s Sports editor/director via the Grey Cup Accreditation portal prior to the deadline of Monday, November 29 at 5 p.m. ET. Individuals awaiting formal internal approval regarding travel must adhere to the deadline and apply regardless.

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS

While media accreditation may be approved prior to arrival onsite in Hamilton, the CFL reserves the right to deny or withhold the credential if media members are unable to provide valid proof of vaccination against COVID-19 at pickup.

All accredited media must fully abide by government-mandated health and safety guidelines and the CFL’s Return to Play Protocol during Grey Cup Week and the championship game. Failure to do so may result in a credential being revoked without notice or appeal, and immediate removal from areas designated for media coverage.

Any questions or concerns should be directed to Olivier Poulin at 514-970-7211 or [email protected].
