STATEMENT ON THE BRITISH COLUMBIA COURT OF APPEAL DECISION

TORONTO (MAY 12, 2017) – The Canadian Football League (CFL) has released the following statement following today’s British Columbia Court of Appeal decision in regards to the Arland Bruce case:

The CFL is very pleased with the Court of Appeal’s decision.  We hope that this decision brings finality to any proceedings in the courts with respect to concussion litigation against the CFL. We will have no further comment at this time.
