TEAM ARRIVALS FOR THE 105TH GREY CUP PRESENTED BY SHAW

Media are invited to cover the arrival of the Calgary Stampeders and Toronto Argonauts arriving in the nation’s capital at Skyservice Ottawa on Tuesday

OTTAWA – For the fourth time in league history, Calgary and Toronto will meet in the CFL’s championship game. The clubs’ previous Grey Cup appearances against each other were in 1971, 1991 and 2012.

Media are welcome to attend the arrival of both teams as they touch down in Ottawa on Tuesday, November 21. There will be a photo opportunity as players walk onto the tarmac, and a media scrum will take place inside the airport lounge with both Head Coaches and select players.

Arrival Details:

  • The Calgary Stampeders will arrive at Skyservice Ottawa on Tuesday November 21, on charter flight #9080 at approximately 3:15pm ET.
  • The Toronto Argonauts will arrive at Skyservice Ottawa on Tuesday November 21, on charter flight #9041 at approximately 6:55pm ET.

Note: Skyservice Ottawa is located at the Ottawa International Airport.

Due to security requirements at the airport, media are required to RSVP their attendance. Please email Lucas Barrett (lbarrett@cfl.cabefore noon ET on Tuesday, November 21, to ensure proper permission is granted by the airport.

Media shuttles will depart from the Novotel at 2:20 p.m. and 6:05 p.m.

Media with their own transportation can use the rear parking lot at 350 Comet Private.

The 105th Grey Cup presented by Shaw featuring the Calgary Stampeders versus the Toronto Argonauts will be played on Sunday, November 26 at TD Place in Ottawa.

The Toronto Argonauts will be the “home” team in the 105th Grey Cup presented by Shaw. They will wear their home uniforms (blue jersey, blue pants) and will use the Ottawa REDBLACKS’ locker room at TD Place. The Calgary Stampeders will be the visitors, wearing their road uniforms (white jersey, red pants); they will use the visiting teams’ locker room at TD Place.
