TIME CHANGE: TIGER-CATS AND BLUE BOMBERS ARRIVE FOR 107TH GREY CUP PRESENTED BY SHAW

Arrivals delayed due to weather

CALGARY (November 19, 2019) – Media are invited to the arrivals of both competing teams on Tuesday, November 19. There will be a photo/video opportunity as players walk onto the tarmac and a media availability will take place inside the airport lounge with each team’s head coach and select players.

Both flights have been delayed until later in the afternoon due to unforeseen weather.

Due to security requirements at the airport, media are required to RSVP with Lucas Barrett at [email protected] before noon MT on Tuesday, November 19.

Hamilton and Winnipeg are set to compete in the 107th Grey Cup presented by Shaw. The Blue Bombers will be the ‘home’ team and will wear their away uniforms (gold helmets, white jerseys, gold pants); they will use the Calgary Stampeders’ locker room at McMahon Stadium. The Tiger-Cats will be the ‘visiting’ team and will wear their home uniforms (black jerseys, black helmets, black pants); they will use the visiting teams’ locker room at McMahon Stadium.

The championship game in Calgary on November 24 will mark the ninth time in the history of Canadian Football that the modern-day incarnations of the two clubs have played for the iconic trophy after having met in 1953, 1957-59, 1961-62, 1965 and 1984.
