UNGERER HEADLINES FORTY CREEK QUADRUPLE HEADER PLAYERS OF THE WEEK

Beverette and Hatcher also named to week’s best

TORONTO (September 15, 2026) – David Ungerer III, Tyrice Beverette and Keon Hatcher Sr. have been named Forty Creek Quadruple Header Players of the Week in the Canadian Football League (CFL). The honour spotlights exceptional statistical performances, pivotal plays, game-breaking feats and more.

The three players were chosen by a panel composed of representatives from the CFL’s Football Operations, Player and Game Statistics, and Content departments.

  1. DAVID UNGERER III | REC | TORONTO ARGONAUTS | TOR 26 – OTT 23
    • Seven receptions for a career-high 175 yards; first 100-yard+ game of the season and second of career
    • One touchdown reception, a 34-yard effort in the third quarter
    • Two receptions of 30+ yards, highlighted by an 85-yard catch in the second quarter
    • Three second-down conversion receptions
    • 58 yards after catch
  2. TYRICE BEVERETTE | LB | MONTREAL ALOUETTES | BC 48 – MTL 29
    • Seven defensive tackles
    • Two sacks, resulting in a loss of 23 total yards; second career game with multiple sacks
    • Forced fumble in the second quarter, recovered by Mustafa Johnson and returned 23 yards for a touchdown
    • Second Player of the Week honour (W14)
  3. KEON HATCHER SR. | REC | BC LIONS | BC 48 – MTL 29
    • Nine receptions for 137 yards; second 100-yard+ game of the season and 16th of career
    • One touchdown, a four-yard effort in the second quarter
    • One 30-yard+ reception and three second-down conversion receptions
    • 28 yards after catch
