WESTERN REGIONAL COMBINE PRESENTED BY ADIDAS THIS THURSDAY IN WINNIPEG

Third and final regional will be held at Subway Soccer South tomorrow

WINNIPEG (March 21, 2018) – Canadian Football League (CFL) prospects for the 2018 CFL Draft will have their final opportunity to receive an invite to the CFL Combine presented by adidas. For the sixth consecutive year the CFL has hosted a trio of regional combines ahead of the CFL Combine. Following the Eastern Regional Combine in Montreal on March 7th and the Ontario Regional Combine in Toronto on March 9th, the final regional combine will take place in Winnipeg on March 22.

The CFL Combine presented by adidas will take place in Winnipeg as part of the Mark’s CFL Week festivities with the top prospects testing and competing in front of CFL coaches, general managers and player personnel between March 24 and 25.

SCHEDULE: WESTERN REGIONAL COMBINE PRESENTED BY ADIDAS

THURSDAY, MARCH 22 – SUBWAY SOCCER SOUTH

Order of testing: OL, DL, RB, LB, K, WR, DB

9:00 a.m.                    Height & weight, hand & arm measurements, video shot, vertical jump and bench press (225 lbs)

11:00 p.m.                   40-yard dash, short shuttle and 3-cone drill

1:30 p.m.                  Positional drills and one-on-ones

3:50 p.m.                   Announcement of players invited to CFL Combine presented by adidas

Players will be made available by request after the completion of all testing.
