WINNERS ENTER THE SPOTLIGHT AT 2019 SHAW CFL AWARDS

League’s best to be recognized ahead of the 107th Grey Cup presented by Shaw

CALGARY (November 20, 2019) – Media members are invited to attend the 2019 Shaw CFL Awards on Thursday, November 21 at Scotiabank Saddledome. Hosted by TSN’s James Duthie, the award ceremony will recognize players, head coaches and personnel from across the league.

The Commissioner’s Award, the Jake Gaudaur Veterans’ Award, the Tom Pate Memorial Award, the Hugh Campbell Distinguished Leadership Award and the inaugural Jane Mawby Tribute Award will honour individuals throughout the CFL. The ceremony will begin at 7:30 p.m. MT.

Doors to the media lockdown room will open at 5:30 p.m. and a light dinner will be served at 6 p.m. Media members in attendance will be provided the results of the 2019 Shaw CFL Awards under a strict embargo. Following each award presentation, recipients will be made available to media. The ceremony will be streamed live on CFL.ca/Live.
